I have a Dream- Martin Luther King Jr

One of the finest civil rights leader & orators of 20th Century, Martin Luther King Jr did a great struggle to change the United States’ policy on the racial discrimination.
After helping to launch the Civil Rights Movement by heading the 1995 Montgomery Bus Boycott, Martin founded the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, a black religious organization that directed the non-violence movement or protest against the Segregationist authorities throughout the 1960s.

The peak of Martin Luther King Jr career came on August 28, 1963, with his I have Dream Speech, that made much of us emotional, the speech was given on March on Washington for the Jobs & Freedom. On symbolic steps of the Lincoln Memorial, Martin spoke to 2,00,000-3,00,000 dissidents & millions of television viewers, rally for the World free of prejudice in which, “peoples would not be judged by the skin of the color but by the Content of their Character.”

Martin Luther King Jr historic speech was a major deciding factor in the passage of US National Voting Act & Civil Rights Act.
